Charu Tharakeshwar is a seasoned Finance Leader with over 30 years’ experience, with significant subject matter expertise across Finance, Business, Data & Analytics Strategy, specifically in Banking & Financial Services.  

As a C Suite advisor in her various corporate roles in renowned organisations in India and UAE, she is a strong leader with sharp business and commercial acumen. Her strengths are excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and problem solving to ensure win- win outcomes.

Charu is a Chartered Accountant from India with a Masters in Management Systems from BITS, Pilani, India. She is passionate about “Financial Literacy” and volunteers in her spare time to empower the less privileged through education. She has also mentored women entrepreneurs as part of the UN NAMA program in the Middle East. She is a guest faculty with Business schools and Professional bodies.

As an MBA graduate specializing in HR & Marketing, Lavanya loves to build new strategies to deliver a signature candidate and client experience. Her enthusiasm to take up new challenges to expand, grow and contribute has always been a notch higher.
